Return Policy

Return Eligibility:

  • Items must be unused and in their original packaging, unless the product is defective or damaged.

  • If a product is damaged during shipping, you must report the damage within 7 days of delivery to be eligible for a full replacement or refund.

  • Custom orders or products that have been altered or used cannot be returned.

Refund Policy:

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

  • Restocking fee: A 15% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund for returned items that are not defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Return Shipping Costs:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect, damage during transit, or error on our part.

  • We recommend using a tracked shipping service as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
