Lifetime Warranty – E&S Leaf Guard LLC, Gutter Protection

E&S Leaf Guard LLC stands behind its products. When installed correctly and used under normal conditions, your Leaf Guard system is covered by a Lifetime Limited Warranty against defects in material or workmanship. Under normal use and maintenance, the painted finish is also warranted against peeling or cracking.

This warranty is subject to the conditions and exclusions described below.

What Does the Warranty Cover?

For the original purchaser, Leaf Guard products are warranted to be free from:

  • Defects in material

  • Defects in workmanship

  • Failure of the painted finish due to normal use and proper maintenance (no cracking or peeling)

Coverage applies only as described in this document and is limited by the exclusions and conditions listed below.

What Is Not Covered

This warranty does not apply to damage or problems caused by:

  • Faulty, incorrect, or improper installation

  • Changes in surface color such as chalking, fading, staining, or soiling caused by exposure to the elements, air quality, or other local conditions beyond our control

  • Warping or damage to the building or structure itself

  • Accidental damage or impact from foreign objects

  • Mold, mildew, pollution, chemical exposure, or other environmental contaminants

  • Acts of God (storms, hail, high winds, etc.)

  • Warping or distortion from excessive heat sources

  • Products that have been repainted, altered, or whose surface has been changed in any way

  • Any other cause outside the reasonable control of E&S Leaf Guard LLC

Exclusions, Limitations & Conditions

  • E&S Leaf Guard LLC is not responsible for incidental or consequential damages of any kind related to the purchase or use of its products.

  • This warranty is exclusive and replaces all other warranties, whether stated or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

  • Due to normal weathering, any replacement product may vary slightly in color or appearance from the originally installed product.

  • E&S Leaf Guard LLC reserves the right to change or discontinue any design or color at any time.

Care & Maintenance

Leaf Guard is designed to be a simple and cost-effective gutter protection system. In most typical installations, normal debris is removed by light wind.

However, in sheltered areas or overhangs, debris may collect where air cannot lift it away. To keep your system working properly, occasionally clear these areas of leaves and debris as needed.

Warranty Registration & Transfers

1. Initial Registration (Original Purchaser)
To place this warranty into effect, the original purchaser and the installing contractor must complete and sign the warranty registration certificate and mail it within 30 days of the installation date.

2. Transfer of Warranty
The warranty may be transferred to a new property owner, subject to these requirements:

  • Send a copy of the title transfer showing the new owner.

    • Include a copy of the original registration certificate.

  • Mail both items within 30 days of the property transfer, along with a check or money order for $50 for the warranty transfer.

How to File a Warranty Claim

If you believe you have a warranty issue:

  1. Contact your installation company first to request inspection and service.

  2. If a written claim is required, provide the following:

    • A copy of the original warranty form

    • Photographs of the product to confirm authenticity and show the issue

    • A short description of the problem/defect

    • The date the defect was discovered

  3. Mail your written claim and documents to:
